 ICYS - Ipswich Community Youth ServiceICYS Ipswich Community Youth Service is a not-for-profit community based organisation providing assistance and support to at-risk young people and their families in the Ipswich and surrounding regions since 1983. We provide programs including assessment, information and referral for young people, and support for young people experiencing issues in areas such as education, employment and training, disability and housing and homelessness. Please note: the breakfast is supplied specifically for young people, 25 or under.
